Do my numbers need to be exact?
No. Approximate numbers or a size range are fine, and you can mark anything as unknown. We verify every measurement at your property assessment.
How do I estimate areas?
Multiply length × width in feet for each bed or lawn section and add them up. Edges are measured along the line in linear feet. Free satellite tools or a tape measure both work.
What's the difference between lot size and lawn area?
Lot size is your whole property including the house — used only for spring and fall cleanups. Mowable lawn and treated lawn are just the grass, entered separately.
Why might the price change after assessment?
Actual measurements, plant counts, access, slope, existing conditions and debris volume can differ from estimates. Your written proposal reflects what we verify on site.
Are prices per visit or per season?
Results show seasonal totals. Each line explains the per-visit or per-application price and the included count.
How many visits are included?
Planning counts for April 15 – November 15, 2027: monthly = 7 visits, every other week = 14, weekly mowing = 28. Fall leaf visits may run through November 30. Final dates are confirmed in your proposal.
Is every other week the same as twice a month?
No. Every other week is 14 planned visits. If you'd like a different frequency, note it in your request.
Is debris removal included?
Yes. Cleanup and haul-away of debris generated by your selected services are included after every visit. Property-wide leaf removal is handled by the optional leaf cleanups.
What does Garden Genius include?
A plant inventory, bloom guide, pruning/deadheading/cutback schedule, soil testing in designated garden zones (with follow-up testing when indicated), standard fertilization as needed, routine winter preparation and cleanup of service debris. Count each specimen once — shrubs enrolled in shrub trimming aren't counted. Not every plant needs pruning or fertilizer at every visit; recommended protective winter materials are priced in your proposal. Watering between visits is the homeowner's responsibility unless your proposal says otherwise. There are no bloom-date or plant-survival guarantees, and pest treatment isn't included.
What about mulch, planting, sod and other projects?
Those are quoted separately, including materials. You can request them with your assessment. Requested projects are quoted separately and are not included in the estimate shown.
Can I book mowing on its own?
Mowing is an add-on to bed weeding, Garden Genius or shrub trimming. Estimated per-visit ranges use mowable lawn area, with tiers through 1 acre (43,560 sq ft). Above 1 acre requires a custom quote. Unusual access, slopes or complexity may require assessment at any size.
Does submitting this form book a service or charge me?
No. Submitting the form requests a property assessment. It does not create a booking, agreement, or payment. Your route spot is reserved after you sign your seasonal agreement and pay the $250 deposit.
How do I reserve my spot?
After your property assessment, we'll provide a written proposal confirming your services, schedule, and seasonal price. Your signed agreement and $250 deposit reserve your place on our maintenance route. The deposit is applied toward your seasonal balance.
Is the $250 deposit an additional fee?
No. It is a payment toward your agreed seasonal total and reduces your remaining balance.
